In autumn 2006, I inherited my parents' home. At the time, I was a thirtysomething single renter - no dependents, no pets, no real responsibilities, no clue. Beautiful! I am hoping to get some glorious red shots here - we are only at 20% but across the Bay and in Algonquin it's up to 40%.
