In autumn 2006, I inherited my parents' home. At the time, I was a thirtysomething single renter - no dependents, no pets, no real responsibilities, no clue. I was in no way prepared to become a homeowner. Much of what I've learned about caring for my home and garden is from the school of yard knocks. And, I'm still learning ...

Yay the first tomato is always the best! We are going to eat our first one tonight! I can't wait! It seems like the first one takes forever to get ripe then they are all getting ripe and you are eating tomatos till you turn red. (-:

Hopefully, esp. since this is a cherry tomato, hahaha Lotsa blooms on the regular-sized tomatoes, though, knock wood.
