Love your potted plants. So pretty. Great photography too.
It almost looks like you can see through that Begonia. Beautiful! And your new Lily is gorgeous - bet it smells good too. Love the pink/purple Petunias.
Love it all but especially that begonia. I want to try to root one of mine this year. I love the color of yours.
All lovely, but I particularly love the picture of the potted petunias. So cut in their tubs!! ~~Rhonda
Gorgeous! I read your lines at the top about inheriting your parents home. That's neat! It looks like you embraced the situation whole heartedly. :)
What beautiful flowers you've got blooming there! I just love all the containers with the different flowers in them!
I can't believe the pansies are still going - I love them! Ours gave out about a month ago. The blush pink begonia is so sweet. -Jackie
Just beautiful blooms & great pictures!
Thank you all for visiting :-) The lily does smell great. And the pansies - well, I'm in Zone 2 and we start pretty late. I bought the pansies in mid-May and they were blooming then. I'm pretty sure they will last until early August here.
And, yep, I embraced living in my parents' home pretty wholeheartedly. There are a lot of good things about it - I love seeing the perennials my mom planted come up each spring, and I appreciate the work my dad did on the house and yard. The tables he built for the deck, the potting bench he built for my mom, the shelving system in the basement, the garage. Everywhere I look there are memories. There are some sadder memories here too, but overall, the good much outweighs the bad ...
